11. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation may no longer be possible once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or handed over to our delivery partner.

If delivery has already taken place, the request will be considered under our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any statutory right of a consumer to bring proceedings before another competent forum, disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Gautambuddha Nagar / Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

I would use that wording rather than saying that all disputes are exclusively restricted to Noida, because the Consumer Protection Act allows a consumer complaint, in relevant circumstances, to be instituted where the complainant resides or personally works for gain.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

• business practices;
• website functionality;
• operational requirements; or
• applicable law.
